And then this is where we begin the Nali.

So the first round of the Nali, we'll do the same sequence, inhale to exhale.

And then when we get to our exhale, we're going to move back and forth, shifting our

weight side to side, into our abdominals, into our arms, just getting that sensation

of each side of the abdominal muscles contracting and releasing.
